HONORING MAYOR JOHN MCKENNAN

In November of 2009, Utica mayor at the time, David Roefaro, held a ceremony to honor former mayor John McKennan, who served from 1959-1959. Mayor McKennan's proudest accomplishment was formulating ideas for The AUD, which would not stand as it does today, without his service.
